Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 August 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of www.antoniocannizzo.com (the "Site"), owned by Antonio Cannizzo Design. By accessing the Site you accept these terms. The Site is for information and presentation purposes only: it is not an e-commerce platform and no content on the Site constitutes a binding offer.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including drawings, models, jewellery designs, photographs, videos, 360° rotations, texts, logos and the Antonio Cannizzo trademark — is the exclusive property of Antonio Cannizzo Design or its respective owners and is protected by Italian and European copyright, design and trademark law.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or use of the content, in any form and by any means, is prohibited without the owner's written authorisation. The use of the designs and models shown on the Site for manufacturing jewellery products, in whole or in part, is expressly prohibited.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not: systematically extract content; use the Site in a way that compromises its security or operation; use the content to train automated design-generation systems without authorisation.

4. Commissioned pieces

The bespoke creations and limited editions presented on the Site are made exclusively by appointment and are governed by separate written agreements between the parties. Information on the Site (materials, indicative lead times, production phases) is purely descriptive and non-binding.

5. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. Instagram). The owner has no control over such sites and is not responsible for their content or data-processing practices.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". While care is taken to keep content accurate, the owner does not warrant that it is error-free or constantly updated, and shall not be liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to access, the Site, except as mandatorily provided by law.

7. Privacy

The processing of users' personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the use of the Site shall be subject to the competent court under applicable law; for users qualifying as consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction of the consumer's place of residence or domicile remains unaffected.

9. Changes

The owner may amend these terms at any time; changes take effect upon publication on the Site.
